Paneer

Milk
Use the milk directly, following the directions on your pack.
Dip each strip type into the prepared sample and follow the pack directions. Keep the starch and urea strips separate.
Wait 2–5 minutes, then compare each strip with its matching colour guide. Confirm positive results through an appropriate laboratory test.
